Wil Irvine

Owner

Wil started in Victoria as a commercial plumber, running various jobs and projects. Wil always held a love for the Okanagan, so in 2005 Wil and his family moved back home to Kelowna. By the end of the year, Wil decided it was time to go on his own and started Irvine Mechanical. Wil loves working in the residential and commercial market because of the people you get to meet and the relationships you build.

Wil takes pride in being raised in Kelowna and brings his years of experience into each project. He has been married for 25 years (and counting!) with a daughter and a son.

Mike Cescon

Residential Plumbing Supervisor

Mike began with Irvine Mechanical as a second-year plumber and has been with the team ever since. Over 19 years have passed, and Mike still takes as much pride in his work and customer relationships as he did on day one.

As Plumbing Supervisor, Mike looks after the crew, schedule and customer walk-throughs, and is one of our lead plumbers.

Mike is married and has his hands full with 3 young boys.

Jesse Keto brings plumbing expertise as well as a vast knowledge of HVAC operations to Irvine Mechanical. His organization and attention to detail ensure your project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Jesse was part of the Irvine Mechanical team in its early days, before moving to Saskatchewan for 12 years. Since moving back to Kelowna a few years ago, he rejoined the team and we’re fortunate to have him back.

Residential Plumbing Project Manager

Tara joined the Irvine Mechanical team in 2018 as our Project Co-ordinator. She brings over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry with her previous employment as a supervisor at a local Kelowna plumbing wholesaler. Tara has extensive knowledge of plumbing fixtures and ensures all projects run smoothly from start to finish. Tara was born and raised in Kelowna and is happily married with 3 kids. Tara’s many years in the industry is a huge asset to Irvine Mechanical Ltd. and its customers.

Nicole has been an integral part of operations from day one. Nicole makes sure everything is running smoothly in the back end of the business, from bookkeeping to accounts payable/receivable-she does it all!

Morgan Ropcean

Office Manager

Morgan is detail-oriented, organized and offers her skills with graphic and web design as well as accounting experience. She recently joined the team at Irvine Mechanical and brings with her a warm smile and a calming balance to the office each day. She is eager to learn all there is within the industry and strives to make each day run smoothly for everyone within the office.
