Who we’re looking for:
Must be reliable, honest, able to work independently as well with others.
Represent Irvine Mechanical Ltd. in a professional, courteous, customer service-oriented manner as well take direction from colleagues, developers, and homeowners.
Be able to troubleshoot & diagnose problems accurately while working efficiently.
Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems, water supply and waste and drainage systems
Install, maintain and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures and other equipment used to distribute, supply or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures and appliances in residential buildings.
Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant requirements.
Accurately instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
Have a strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
Physically capable of performing all work required of this position
Red Seal/Journeyman certificate
Gas ticket a bonus but not required
Valid Class 5 Drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
